About the role#
As a Financial Due Diligence Intern, you will work on M&A transactions across various industries. You will join engagement teams to perform financial due diligence tasks throughout the planning, execution, and completion phases of projects. This role involves working with staff, managers, and partners to uncover insights regarding acquisitions and divestitures. You will also participate in networking events and receive professional development through mentorship.
What you'll do#
- Perform financial due diligence tasks during planning, execution, and completion phases.
- Manage data flow and monitor the dataroom.
- Work with offshore support teams to build out financial analysis packages and models.
- Build custom analyses to identify key insights for clients.
- Participate in meetings with clients, target company management, and private equity firms.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and summarize financial information and large datasets.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.

- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid (requires in-person attendance at least three days per week at a firm office or client site).
