About the role#
The Inside Sales Internship is a 10-week program based in Lake Forest, Illinois. It offers hands-on experience for students interested in a sales career. You will gain exposure to account management, participate in professional development, and engage in team-building activities.
What you'll do#
- Complete a 4-week sales training program to learn foundational selling skills and business acumen.
- Work within a team-oriented sales center environment.
- Build relationships with customers by communicating over the phone.
- Understand customer needs to provide solutions and service.
- Participate in learning sessions with the Executive Leadership team.
- Receive ongoing feedback and performance evaluations from your manager.
- Deliver a final presentation to department leadership regarding project outcomes.
What you'll need#
- Expected bachelor's degree graduation in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong interest in pursuing a sales career after graduation.
- Ability to work up to 40 hours per week.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

- Location: Lake Forest, Illinois.
- Modality: Hybrid.
- Compensation: $20 per hour.
- Housing support may be available for those living outside a 30-mile radius of the office.
