About the role#
We are seeking a Sales Enablement Project Manager Intern to join our team for an 11-week program during the summer of 2027. This position is based on-site in Framingham, Massachusetts. You will work closely with senior project managers to support our sales organization through various initiatives and process improvements.
What you'll do#
- Assist senior project managers with schedule oversight and milestone management.
- Learn and utilize project management software to track progress.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation.
- Identify project scope, risks, constraints, dependencies, and deadlines.
- Provide consistent updates to stakeholders regarding project status.
- Measure project performance to suggest areas for improvement.
- Support AI and tool initiatives for the sales organization through testing, documentation, and materials creation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Status as a rising junior carrying at least 12 college credits.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically in Excel, including the ability to use pivot tables.
- High level of detail and organization.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to new initiatives.
- Strong communication skills and a preference for working in team environments.
