About the role#
As a Business Analyst Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in how analytics supports real business decisions. You will work alongside experienced professionals to transform data into insights that drive sales, margin improvement, and operational efficiency. This role covers both descriptive reporting and advanced analytics.
What you'll do#
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define deliverables, and estimate the level of effort for analytics projects.
- Design, build, test, and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI.
- Develop and validate analytical models using Python and SQL.
- Collect, validate, and analyze data from internal and third-party sources.
- Translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at various levels.
- Document requirements, assumptions, and the business value of your work.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and improve existing processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program related to Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a similar quantitative field.
- Foundational knowledge of data analysis concepts and business problem-solving.
- Experience or coursework using Excel.
- Exposure to Power BI, SQL, or Python is preferred.
- Analytical curiosity and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Location & details#
- Location: Green Bay, Wisconsin.
- Modality: Hybrid.
- Duration: 12 weeks, up to 20 hours per week.
- Terms: Fall 2026 and Summer 2027.
- This is a paid internship. We can provide documentation for students seeking school credit.
