About the role#
The On-Campus Sales Internship at the University of Michigan offers hands-on experience in sales, account management, and customer engagement. What you'll do#
- Build relationships with campus departments to promote Grainger solutions.
- Talk with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services.
- Find new opportunities to grow the Grainger presence on campus.
- Support the awareness and usage of existing Grainger agreements.
- Deliver a final presentation to leadership with your insights and recommendations.
What you'll need#
- Current University of Michigan student graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Pursuing a bachelor degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- Experience in customer-facing or service roles.
- Leadership experience in campus organizations, athletics, or team environments.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
