About the role#
The On-Campus Sales Internship provides hands-on experience in sales, account management, and customer engagement. Based at the University of Arizona, this role focuses on building relationships across campus departments, increasing awareness of our products and services, and supporting business growth. You will receive consistent coaching, feedback, and exposure to company leaders and business functions.
What you'll do#
- Build relationships with campus departments to promote Grainger solutions.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services.
- Identify opportunities to grow our presence on campus.
- Support awareness and usage of existing agreements.
- Deliver a final presentation to leadership with your insights and recommendations.
What you'll need#
- Current University of Arizona student graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- A 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- Leadership experience in campus organizations, athletics, or team environments.
- Previous customer-facing or service experience, such as retail or campus roles.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- You are self-motivated and able to work independently.
- No sponsorship is required for this role.
