About the role#
As a Recruitment Coordinator Intern at Grail Talent, you will support our hiring processes with a focus on our global Talent Manager network. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how an in-house recruitment function operates while gaining practical experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination within the creator economy.
What you'll do#
- Review applications and identify candidates who meet our hiring criteria.
- Source potential candidates through LinkedIn and various job boards.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and manage follow-ups.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate availability between candidates and our team.
- Maintain accurate candidate profiles and notes within our applicant tracking system.
- Support candidate research, talent mapping, and recruitment pipeline management.
- Assist with job postings and other recruitment-related content.
- Support the candidate experience from the initial application through to onboarding.
- Join recruitment team meetings to gain exposure to wider hiring conversations.
- Handle day-to-day recruitment administration to keep our processes organized.
What you'll need#
- A genuine interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or people-focused roles.
- Curiosity about the creator economy, influencer marketing, and social media.
- High organizational skills and a preference for keeping tasks on track.
- Confidence communicating professionally with different people.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A proactive nature and comfort taking ownership of tasks.
- An interest in building relationships and speaking with new people.
- Comfort working independently within a fully remote team.
- A willingness to learn, ask questions, and accept feedback.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or Psychology is preferred.

- This is a fully remote role open to candidates in the US and Canada.
- The internship lasts for 3 months.
- The commitment is up to 15 hours per week.
