About the role#
Grail Talent is an influencer management agency that connects content creators with digital marketing opportunities. We work with brands and record labels to advertise products and music on social media. As an intern, you will support a Talent Manager with the daily operations of managing creators on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You will gain experience in talent growth strategies and brand partnerships.
What you'll do#
- Manage daily communication between talent and brand partners.
- Coordinate and track campaign deliverables and timelines.
- Research trends, source new creators, and secure brand opportunities.
- Handle calendar management, meeting scheduling, and internal coordination.
- Monitor social media activity for talent and competitors.
- Join team calls and brainstorming sessions.
What you'll need#
- Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and creator culture.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- You are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
- A desire to learn how creators build and monetize their platforms.
- Experience in social media, marketing, entertainment, or startups is a bonus.

- This role is remote and based in the United States.
- The position is part-time with a commitment of 3 to 12 months.
- This is an unpaid internship.
