About the role#
Grail Talent is looking for an intern to support our Talent Managers with daily operations. You will work with our roster of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube creators to help them grow and connect with brand partners. This role offers experience in talent management, strategy, and brand partnerships.
What you'll do#
- Manage daily communication between talent and brand partners.
- Track campaign deliverables and keep projects on schedule.
- Research current trends and find new creators to join our roster.
- Secure new brand opportunities.
- Monitor social media activity for our talent and their competitors.
- Assist with internal coordination, meeting scheduling, and calendar management.
- Participate in team calls and brainstorming sessions.
What you'll need#
- Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and creator culture.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach to your work.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
- Interest in how creators build and monetize their platforms.
- Preferred majors include Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or Business Administration.
Location & details#
- This is a remote role based in the US.
- This is an unpaid internship.
- The term is rolling with a minimum commitment of 2 months and a maximum of 12 months.
