About the role#
The Operations Intern supports the COO and VP of Operations across all Gracious Hospitality Management properties and projects. You will act as a bridge between the corporate operations team, individual restaurants, and departments such as Culinary, Marketing, Events, and Beverage. This role is a full-time, paid position based in New York.
What you'll do#
- Assist with restaurant operations, market research, and operational analysis.
- Produce, format, and edit reports, presentations, and various documents.
- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, maintaining calendars, and data entry.
- Attend meetings to record minutes and track project deadlines.
- Support service operations at properties as needed.
- Assist with company communication and marketing campaigns.
What you'll need#
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, including note-taking and recordkeeping.
- Professional interpersonal skills for managing internal and external correspondence.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with the GHM brand, product, and culture.
- Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration or Operations Management.

- Compensation: $20 to $25 per hour.
