About the role#
The Finance Intern supports the CFO and VP of Finance by handling operational, analytical, and administrative tasks. You will act as a bridge between the Finance, Operations, and Culinary teams to support daily business functions and ensure project deadlines are met.
What you'll do#
- Assist with financial operations, financial analysis, and market research.
- Liaise between the Finance, Operations, and Culinary departments.
- Attend meetings and record minutes.
- Type, format, and edit reports, documents, and presentations.
- Manage data entry, maintain databases, and keep accurate records.
- Schedule appointments, manage event calendars, and send reminders.
- Perform general administrative and organizational tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment or degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Advanced typing, note-taking, and recordkeeping abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Professionalism and the ability to work well under pressure.
- A positive, team-player mentality.
- Ability to be reached by email and phone.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
