About the role#
The Digital Marketing Intern supports the team with daily administrative tasks, campaign coordination, and project management. You will work closely with internal staff and external partners to ensure our marketing initiatives align with company standards. This position is based in New York and offers the potential for a full-time role upon successful completion of an internship trial period.
What you'll do#
- Assist with digital calendars, social media copy, and CRM needs.
- Manage the design, production, and trafficking of marketing and branding materials.
- Track timelines for events and campaigns.
- Gather content for newsletters, the company website, and social media channels.
- Draft and ideate content for upcoming campaigns.
- Coordinate with external partners to track deliverables and deadlines.
- Brainstorm new business concepts and partnership opportunities.
- Document meeting notes, including summaries and actionable items.
- Organize photo, video, and PR assets in Google Drive.
- Edit photos for social media use.
What you'll need#
- Current studies or a background in Marketing, Communications, or Media Studies.
- Previous experience in marketing, social media, design, photography, or public relations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- A positive, team-player mentality and a self-starter attitude.
- Demonstrated interest in the restaurant industry, food media, and culture.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new digital platforms.
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
