About the role#
This summer internship offers an opportunity to work at the center of our daily operations in the Outer Banks. You will gain experience in logistics, resource management, and professional communication. This is a full-time, paid position for students or recent graduates interested in Business Administration or Operations Management.
What you'll do#
- Manage the daily flow of incoming requests via phone, email, and internal platforms.
- Act as a dispatcher by assigning maintenance tasks to the appropriate staff or vendors.
- Serve as the main contact for status updates, coordinating with field staff, vendors, and property owners.
- Ensure all work orders are entered accurately and follow company policies.
- Handle administrative tasks including running reports, managing shared inboxes, and general office support.
What you'll need#
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize a high volume of work.
- Professional, friendly communication skills for phone and written interactions.
- A service-focused and customer-centric approach to problem solving.
- Ability to learn and use company software quickly.

- Schedule: Weekend work is required. You will be scheduled for two consecutive days off during the week.
