About the role#
This summer internship offers experience in high-end customer service and relationship management within the hospitality industry. You will act as a primary point of contact for property owners, managing client relationships and supporting strategic projects. The role requires professional communication skills and the ability to handle complex owner issues.
What you'll do#
- Build and maintain relationships with homeowners through proactive outreach, including home visits, meetings, and consistent follow-up.
- Research and resolve complex owner issues to maintain client loyalty.
- Manage and update database records to log interactions accurately.
- Communicate with owners through phone, text, and email.
- Assist with strategic projects that require coordination and planning.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment or degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Psychology.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational habits and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain objectivity and empathy when resolving conflicts.
- Capability to work effectively within a team environment.

- Locations: Kitty Hawk and Corolla, North Carolina.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Schedule: This is a full-time, on-site position. Working weekends is required, with two consecutive days off scheduled during the week.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
