About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in hospitality, sales, customer relationship management, and real estate operations. You will work directly with guests to manage their vacation bookings and support day-to-day business functions. Strong performers may be eligible for full-time or remote positions after the season ends.
What you'll do#
- Guide guests and leads through the booking process via phone, SMS, email, and in-person interactions.
- Listen to guest needs, troubleshoot reservation issues, and answer questions regarding company policies and the local area.
- Coordinate with Maintenance and Housekeeping departments to resolve guest requests.
- Identify opportunities to increase bookings and guest loyalty through upselling and negotiation.
- Process payments and provide value-added service recommendations.
- Perform fieldwork including home tours and arrival deliveries.
- Use software tools such as Salesforce CRM, SMS systems, and Genesys.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program or recent graduation in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and think quickly under pressure.
- Time management and prioritization skills.
- Flexibility to work as part of a team.
- Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Experience with Google Workspace, CRM systems, or call center software is preferred.

- This is an on-site, full-time, paid internship.
- Positions are located in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina, and Corolla, North Carolina.
- This role operates on a rolling basis.
