About the role#
As a Golf Operations Intern at Wild Rock Golf Club, you will gain hands-on experience in daily course operations, tournament execution, and guest services. You will work closely with a mentor from our management team to develop professional skills, set career goals, and learn how a professional golf facility operates. This role provides direct exposure to resort golf management and networking opportunities with PGA professionals.
What you'll do#
- Manage daily tasks including tee times, guest check-ins, and phone inquiries.
- Provide customer service at the bag drop, practice facilities, and staging areas.
- Assist with merchandising, inventory tracking, and point-of-sale operations.
- Help set up corporate and resort golf outings, including signage, scoring materials, and cart staging.
- Monitor course flow and pace-of-play to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Maintain the appearance of the first tee and practice areas.
- Organize the cart fleet and enforce course policies with professionalism.

- Current enrollment in a college degree program for Golf Management, Hospitality, Sports Management, or Business.
- A strong work ethic and a professional, enthusiastic attitude.
