About the role#
This is a 12-week paid internship for the Summer of 2027 based at our Home Office. You will work with the Store Support team to maintain system stability and improve operational processes. This role is full-time and requires you to be on-site in Wyoming, Michigan.
What you'll do#
- Provide Level 1 IT support and monitor network, Android, and Linux environments to ensure system uptime.
- Manage the break/fix process for store hardware, such as PCs, scanners, and RF guns.
- Configure replacement devices, track shipping logistics, and coordinate repairs with third-party providers.
- Identify repeatable functionality to improve department processes.
- Design an analytical dashboard or reporting tool to visualize operational data.
- Embed with a team that uses AI as a core collaborator.
- Attend networking events, participate in community efforts, and engage in a mentorship program.
- Shadow various roles across the organization and attend professional development workshops.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
