About the role#
The Business Systems Analyst Intern supports efforts to improve business processes and operational efficiency. You will assist with the analysis of business requirements, identify opportunities for process enhancements, and collaborate with team members to evaluate workflows. This role provides hands-on experience in business analysis, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to special projects and team objectives.
What you'll do#
- Assist in developing and implementing business strategies to improve operational productivity.
- Analyze processes for business and user requirements.
- Maintain system documentation and construct workflow charts and diagrams.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Provide support and training to end users.
- Participate in all company-sponsored events for interns.
What you'll need#
- Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business-related field, with Junior or Senior classification preferred.
- Minimum 3.0 overall GPA.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
- Above-average proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Access.
- Ability to use AI tools for research, summarization, and content generation, while evaluating outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias.
- Understanding of responsible AI use, ethics, and data protection.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to business leaders.
- Ability to work independently or in a team setting and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Previous internships are a plus.

- Location: Arlington, Texas.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 26, 2027, to August 6, 2027).
- Commitment: 40 hours per week for 11 consecutive weeks.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
