About the role#
This internship within the Office of the General Counsel offers experience in Legal and Compliance operations. You will contribute to projects that support the company mission while gaining exposure to corporate legal functions. Interns also participate in professional development sessions, leadership presentations, and community volunteer programs.
What you'll do#
- Assist with project planning, management, and execution for cross-functional initiatives.
- Translate project goals into clear action plans and recommendations.
- Support the team in evaluating technology needs and documenting current processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation and AI.
- Develop and maintain department resources, training materials, and knowledge tools.
- Plan events that support learning and development initiatives.
- Contribute to department programs through research and stakeholder communications.
- Deliver a final presentation regarding your work at the conclusion of the term.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time enrollment in a Bachelor, Master, MBA, JD, or PhD program.
- Continued full-time enrollment in the Fall semester following the internship.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8.
- Ability to commit to 10 to 12 consecutive weeks between May and August.
- Independent authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusion and diversity.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.

- Location: Foster City, California.
- Modality: Hybrid (on-site work required).
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Compensation: Paid position with benefits including company holidays, sick time, and housing stipends for eligible employees.
