About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity to contribute to oncology clinical studies while gaining experience in the biotechnology industry. You will work with the Clinical Operations team to support study execution and learn about the drug development process. The program concludes with a final presentation of your work.
What you'll do#
- Support the coordination and execution of oncology clinical studies.
- Maintain study documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and SOPs.
- Participate in team meetings and cross-functional discussions.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other study-related materials.
- Build foundational knowledge in Good Clinical Practice and clinical trial regulations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, JD, or PhD program at an accredited U.S. university.
- Continued full-time enrollment in the Fall semester following the internship.
- A major in Biology, Chemistry, Molecular and Cell Biology, or Biochemistry.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to inclusion and diversity.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work full-time for 10 to 12 consecutive weeks between May and August.
- Independent authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
