About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to contribute to clinical operations projects within the Early Phase development team. You will gain experience in a professional setting while supporting the discovery and development of scientific innovations. This is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027, lasting 10 to 12 consecutive weeks.
What you'll do#
- Track and prepare program information and status updates using clinical trial management systems and databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to complete assigned tasks.
- Review and participate in the quality assurance of clinical trial data and documentation.
- Provide oversight for clinical trial sites by reviewing trip visit reports, action items, and study-specific parameters.
- Assist with updates to CTMS, eTMF filing, and other study systems.
- Support team members with daily study management activities.
- Arrange and facilitate project meetings and conference calls with vendors and internal teams.
- Ensure all deliverables comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver a final presentation of your work near the end of the internship.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, JD, or PhD program at an accredited U.S. university, with plans to continue enrollment in the Fall semester.
- Pursuing a degree in Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Public Health, Health Administration, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Independently authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusion and diversity.

- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- This position requires working on-site for the duration of the internship.
