About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to contribute to the Global Commercial Learning & Development team. You will support the design, development, and launch of the Marketing Learning Academy. This role involves organizing curriculum, mapping resources to competency frameworks, and managing project documentation. You will work across teams to help build a structured learning environment and present your findings at the end of the program.
What you'll do#
- Support the design and launch of the Marketing Learning Academy.
- Organize curriculum by competency, learner journey, and proficiency level.
- Research and map internal and external resources to the Marketing Competency Model.
- Maintain project trackers, decision logs, and course inventories.
- Develop course outlines, facilitator materials, and learner-facing communications.
- Review materials for clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Synthesize stakeholder feedback and assist with meeting preparation.
- Organize content for the Marketing Excellence Hub and assess learner experience.
- Prepare usage reports, feedback summaries, and engagement materials.
- Partner with Marketing, Commercial Operations, and learning teams.
- Deliver a final presentation covering project outcomes and recommendations.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a full-time Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, JD, or PhD program.
- Continued full-time enrollment in the Fall semester following the internship.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8.
- Ability to work full-time for 10-12 consecutive weeks between May and August.
- Independent work authorization in the United States without need for sponsorship.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in program, project, or change management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred fields of study include Marketing, Business, Communications, Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or Life Sciences.
