About the role#
The IBS Supply Chain Intern joins our NAPA Integrated Business Solutions team for a 10-week summer program. You will work on-site in Atlanta to lead a strategic project focused on areas like predictive analytics, digital marketplaces, inventory intelligence, or customer experience. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience, leadership exposure, and a chance to contribute directly to our business priorities.
What you'll do#
- Lead a strategic project and present your findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Research emerging technologies and industry best practices to define their application across the business.
- Build data-driven insights and business cases that inform our growth and innovation priorities.
- Collaborate with operations, sourcing, and customer teams to design, pilot, and scale new capabilities.
What you'll need#
- Currently a rising junior or senior pursuing an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- A GPA of 3.25 or above is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools like Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools to assist with research and analysis.
- Strong analytical aptitude and the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.

Location & details#
- Location: Atlanta, Georgia.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 24 to July 30, 2027).
- Work Modality: Full-time, on-site.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
