About the role#
General Dynamics Mission Systems is hiring a Mechanical Engineering Co-Op for the Winter 2027 term. This paid, full-time position is based in McLeansville, NC. You will work on-site to support defense programs and national security missions.

What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited Mechanical or Systems Engineering degree program.
- Sophomore standing or higher is preferred.
- A thorough understanding of engineering technology.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense secret security clearance.
- You must meet all eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

- Work Modality: 100% on-site.
- Term: January 2027 to May 2027.
- Pay: $26.00 to $29.00 per hour.
