About the role#
This Electrical Engineer Co-Op position is a paid, full-time opportunity based in McLeansville, North Carolina. You will join General Dynamics Mission Systems for the Winter 2027 term. This role requires you to work on-site at our facility.
What you'll do#
- Apply your classroom knowledge to programs that support national defense.
- Work alongside collaborative teams on a variety of technical projects.
- Develop practical solutions for national security missions.
- Build your technical skills by working with experienced and accomplished colleagues.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited Electrical Engineering degree program.
- A thorough understanding of engineering technology.
- Sophomore standing or higher is preferred.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain a Department of Defense secret security clearance within a reasonable period of time.
- Ability to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
