About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to programs supporting national defense. You will work alongside experienced colleagues on technical projects, helping develop solutions for security missions. This is a paid, full-time position.
What you'll do#
- Apply engineering skills to programs supporting defense services.
- Work with collaborative teams on various technical projects.
- Develop solutions for national security missions.
- Identify opportunities to use AI for continuous improvement and innovation.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited degree program in Computer, Systems, Software, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Sophomore standing or higher is preferred.
- A thorough understanding of engineering technology.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance. A current Secret clearance is preferred.
