About the role#
As an AI Digitization Co-op, you will support the Worldwide Project Execution community at GE Vernova. You will contribute to the digitization of AI prompts to improve operational efficiency and innovation across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Design, develop, and digitize AI prompts tailored to Project Management workstreams.
- Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to identify processes for AI-driven automation.
- Research AI best practices and prompt engineering techniques for operations.
- Test and validate AI prompt outputs to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Document prompt libraries, workflows, and standard operating procedures to support future scalability.
- Map current business processes and translate them into structured AI prompt frameworks.
- Track project progress, report on milestones, and identify improvement opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Availability for a minimum of 6 months.
- Experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, or process automation platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with Project Management execution processes.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid position.
- The role is based on-site in Atlanta, Georgia, or Schenectady, New York.
- The term covers Winter 2027 through Summer 2027.
