About the role#
As an Electrical Engineering Co-op, you will join the Engineering Research and Development team to work on hands-on projects. You will partner with an assignment leader to set goals and complete technical tasks across various product areas, including refrigeration, cooking, and laundry systems. This program provides professional development and training to help you grow your skills.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with your assignment leader to meet business objectives.
- Complete technical assignments involving PCB design, hardware design, and hardware debugging.
- Work with new equipment and innovations.
- Participate in peer committees for networking and community service.
- Engage in professional development and training opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
- Graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.
- Ability to complete two or more co-op rotations before graduation.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine interest in engineering and a desire to learn.
