About the role#
Findorff is seeking a Project Engineer Co-op for the Summer 2027 term. This on-site, full-time position in College Station, Texas, offers hands-on experience across all phases of construction, from preconstruction through project closeout. You will work alongside experienced professionals to build technical, administrative, and leadership skills while contributing to real projects.
What you'll do#
- Assist with RFIs, submittals, document control, and project communication.
- Participate in team meetings, take meeting minutes, and assist with short-term planning.
- Gain exposure to quantity takeoffs, bid package preparation, and subcontractor outreach.
- Work with Superintendents to assist with material coordination and progress photos.
- Utilize tools such as Bluebeam and Procore while supporting document updates.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business Administration, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Comfortable using technology with strong computer skills.
- Genuine interest in building a career in the construction industry.
