About the role#
The Finance and Accounting Leadership Program Internship is a paid, project-based opportunity for students to gain professional experience within our Cincinnati market. You will work on team initiatives, complete independent projects, and participate in performance coaching. This role includes exposure to business operations and procedures while you build skills for a potential permanent career in banking.
What you'll do#
- Complete special projects as directed by your Assignment Leader.
- Build, analyze, and distribute monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Provide analysis for the monthly forecasting process.
- Support the annual budgeting process.
- Perform financial variance analysis to identify business trends.
- Present your project outcomes and key learnings to senior leadership at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university pursuing an Accounting degree.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Basic Excel proficiency, including data entry, formatting, charts, formulas, and Vlookup.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based immigration sponsorship.
- Campus involvement or leadership experience is preferred.
