About the role#
As a Branch Intern at a Fidelity Investor Center, you will work directly with financial professionals to support the client experience. This role provides exposure to personal investing and financial planning while you build your business and communication skills. You will be part of the FIDTERN Program, which includes coaching, mentorship, and professional development events.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service and assist with investment products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to solve business challenges.
- Identify ways to improve internal processes.
- Support business-critical initiatives.
- Participate in networking and learning opportunities to deepen your understanding of the financial services industry.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior in an undergraduate program, with a major in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- An interest in wealth management and investing.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, banking, or customer service.
- Demonstrated leadership through student organizations.
- A professional demeanor and the ability to solve problems collaboratively.
- A basic understanding of current economic trends and the market.
- An ability to foster customer loyalty.

- Location: Boca Raton, Florida.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027).
- Modality: This is a full-time, on-site position.
