About the role#
As a Branch Intern at a Fidelity Investor Center, you will work directly with financial professionals to support the client experience. This full-time, 10-week summer internship provides exposure to personal investing and financial planning. You will be integrated into a team, contribute to branch initiatives, and participate in the FIDTERN program to receive coaching and mentorship.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service and assist with a range of investment products.
- Participate in work assignments to strengthen your knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Develop business, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Collaborate with team members to solve business challenges and identify process improvements.
- Support business-critical initiatives.

What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate status in your junior year of college.
- Majors in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- Interest in investing and wealth management.
- Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- Leadership experience through student organizations.
- Professional demeanor and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- A basic understanding of the current market, economy, and economic trends.
- Ability to promote customer loyalty while providing an outstanding experience.
