About the role#
As a Branch Intern at a Fidelity Investor Center, you will work alongside financial professionals to support the client experience. This is a 10-week, full-time internship designed to provide exposure to personal investing and financial planning. You will gain hands-on experience by supporting business-critical initiatives and participating in professional development programs, networking events, and learning opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Assist with a broad range of investment products and services.
- Participate in significant work assignments to strengthen your knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Collaborate with team members to address business challenges and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Develop critical business, communication, and relationship-building skills.
What you'll need#
- You are an undergraduate student in your junior year of college.
- You are pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- You have an interest in investing and wealth management.
- You have experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- You demonstrate leadership experience and involvement in student organizations.
- You possess a professional demeanor and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- You have a basic understanding of the current market, economy, and economic trends.
- You have the ability to promote customer loyalty.

- Location: 320 Park Ave, New York, NY.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7th - August 13th).
- Compensation: This is a paid position with a salary range of $20 - $32 per hour.
