About the role#
As a Branch Intern at a Fidelity Investor Center, you will work alongside financial professionals to support the client experience. This is a full-time, 10-week summer internship running from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027. You will gain exposure to personal investing and financial planning while building your professional network through the FIDTERN program.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service and assist with a range of investment products and services.
- Take on work assignments to strengthen your knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Develop business, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Collaborate with team members to solve business challenges and identify process improvements.
- Contribute fresh perspectives to help enhance client and business outcomes.
- Support business-critical initiatives.
- Participate in professional development programs, networking events, and learning opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student in your junior year.
- Interest in investing and wealth management.
- Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- Leadership experience and involvement in student organizations.
- Professional demeanor and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of the current market, economy, and economic trends.
- Ability to promote customer loyalty while providing an outstanding customer experience.

- Compensation: $20 to $32 per hour.
