About the role#
As a Branch Intern at the Fidelity Investor Center, you will work alongside financial professionals to support the client experience. This is a 10-week, full-time summer internship running from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027. You will participate in the FIDTERN program, which includes coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. This role is based on-site.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service and assist with investment products and services.
- Participate in work assignments to build knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Develop business, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Collaborate with team members to solve business challenges.
- Identify process improvements and support business-critical initiatives.
- Attend networking events and professional development programs.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student in your junior year.
- Interest in investing and wealth management.
- Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- Leadership experience through student organizations.
- Professional demeanor and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of the current market, economy, and economic trends.
- Ability to promote customer loyalty.
