About the role#
As a Branch Intern at the Fidelity Investor Center, you will work alongside financial professionals to support the client experience. This role provides exposure to personal investing and financial planning. You will participate in work assignments designed to deepen your knowledge of the financial services industry while building your professional communication and relationship skills. This is a 10-week, full-time summer internship.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service and assist with investment products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to solve business challenges.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Contribute ideas and support branch initiatives.
- Participate in professional development programs and networking events.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior in an undergraduate program.
- Academic focus in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- Leadership experience within student organizations.
- A basic understanding of the current market and economic trends.
- Professional demeanor and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to promote customer loyalty.
- Interest in investing and wealth management.

- Modality: On-site.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027).
- Compensation: $20 to $32 per hour.
