About the role#
Fidelity Consulting serves as the internal consulting group for Fidelity Investments. This role offers an opportunity to act as a thought partner to leadership while addressing strategic business challenges. You will work across various business units and cross-Fidelity initiatives, gaining exposure to the firm's overarching strategic direction.
What you'll do#
- Drive projects that address pressing business challenges.
- Own and deliver independent analyses and research.
- Break down complex problems and synthesize findings into actionable conclusions.
- Collaborate with management across different functions to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Contribute your perspective to broader business conversations.
- Communicate solutions directly to Fidelity leadership and business heads.
- Participate in independent or small group projects to develop new insights.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an MBA program or equivalent, with an anticipated graduation in Spring 2028.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to synthesize data and develop practical recommendations.
- Comfort with ambiguity and strong attention to detail.
- Intellectual curiosity and a drive to develop creative problem-solving approaches.
- Ability to communicate with and influence senior leadership.
- A can-do demeanor and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to contribute effectively to hard-working teams.
