About the role#
The Fidelity Intern program is a 10-week, full-time, paid internship. You will work on real projects as a member of a dedicated team. This program provides a firsthand look at our business and helps you build skills for your future career.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to meaningful, real-world work and projects.
- Participate in professional and financial development sessions.
- Attend exclusive webinars to sharpen communication and professional skills.
- Build financial confidence through expert-led workshops.
- Engage in a mentorship program to connect with experienced professionals.
- Participate in regional events and local outings to build connections with peers and leaders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student.
- You must return to your coursework after the internship concludes.
- Availability for the entire 10-week program from June 7, 2027, through August 13, 2027.
- Note that we do not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.

This is an on-site position. Available locations include Boston, MA; Greenwood Village, CO; Covington, KY; Westlake, TX; Jacksonville, FL; Salt Lake City, UT; Durham, NC; Jersey City, NJ; Merrimack, NH; and Smithfield, RI.
