About the role#
As a Branch Intern, you work directly with financial professionals at a Fidelity Investor Center. You will gain exposure to personal investing and financial planning while building your communication and relationship skills. This is a 10-week, full-time summer internship running from June 7, 2027, through August 13, 2027. You will participate in professional development programs, networking events, and direct mentorship throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Assist with a broad range of investment products and services.
- Participate in significant work assignments to strengthen your knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Collaborate with team members to address business challenges.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Contribute ideas and take an active role in supporting branch initiatives.
What you'll need#
- You are an undergraduate student in your junior year.
- You have a clear interest in investing and wealth management.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- Leadership experience through involvement in student organizations.
- A professional demeanor and strong collaborative problem-solving skills.
- A basic understanding of the current market, economy, and economic trends.
- The ability to promote customer loyalty.
