About the role#
As a Branch Intern, you will work directly with financial professionals at a Fidelity Investor Center. This role provides exposure to personal investing and financial planning. You will support business-critical initiatives and gain hands-on experience in the financial services industry. This is a full-time, 10-week summer internship.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service and assist with a broad range of investment products.
- Collaborate with team members to solve business challenges and identify process improvements.
- Participate in professional development programs, networking events, and learning opportunities.
- Develop business, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Contribute to branch initiatives and support client outcomes.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student in your junior year.
- Interest in wealth management and investing.
- Experience in sales, retail, banking, or customer service.
- Leadership experience through student organizations.
- Professional demeanor and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of economic trends, the current market, and the economy.
- Ability to promote customer loyalty and provide an outstanding experience.
- Majors in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
