About the role#
As a Branch Intern, you will work at a Fidelity Investor Center alongside financial professionals. You will gain exposure to personal investing and financial planning while building communication and relationship skills. This is a 10-week, full-time summer internship running from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service and assist with investment products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to solve business challenges.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Contribute ideas and support branch initiatives.
- Participate in work assignments related to business-critical initiatives.
What you'll need#
- You are an undergraduate student in your junior year.
- You have an interest in investing and wealth management.
- You have experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- You have leadership experience through student organizations.
- You possess a professional demeanor and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- You have a basic understanding of the current market, the economy, and economic trends.
- You have the ability to promote customer loyalty.

- This role is based on-site in Southlake, Texas.
- This is a paid, full-time summer internship.
