About the role#
As a branch intern, you will work alongside financial professionals at a Fidelity Investor Center. You will support the client experience by providing service, assisting with investment products, and learning about financial planning. This program is designed to build your communication and relationship-building skills while you gain exposure to the financial services industry.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service and help with investment products.
- Work on assignments to strengthen your knowledge of the industry.
- Collaborate with team members to solve business challenges.
- Identify ways to improve current processes.
- Contribute your own ideas and ask questions.
- Support branch initiatives and participate in professional development programs.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a junior in an undergraduate program, majoring in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- You have an interest in wealth management and investing.
- You bring previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, or banking.
- You have demonstrated leadership through student organizations.
- You possess a professional demeanor and the ability to solve problems collaboratively.
- You understand basic market and economic trends.
- You are able to promote customer loyalty.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid, 10-week summer internship occurring from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
- The role is based on-site in Henderson, Nevada.
