About the role#
As a Branch Intern, you will work at a Fidelity Investor Center to support the client experience. You will work with financial professionals to provide customer service and assist with investment products. This is a 10-week, full-time summer internship running from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027. You will receive coaching and mentorship while gaining exposure to personal investing and financial planning.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service and assist with a range of investment products.
- Collaborate with team members to address business challenges.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Support business-critical initiatives.
- Participate in professional development programs, networking events, and learning opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student in your junior year.
- Interest in investing and wealth management.
- Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- Leadership experience and involvement in student organizations.
- Professional demeanor and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of the current market, economy, and economic trends.
- Ability to promote customer loyalty.
- Majors preferred: Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
