About the role#
As a Branch Intern at our Investor Center, you will work with financial professionals to support the client experience. This is a 10-week, full-time summer internship for students interested in wealth management and personal investing. You will gain exposure to our business while developing communication and relationship-building skills.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service and assist with a range of investment products and services.
- Participate in work assignments to strengthen your knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Collaborate with team members to solve business challenges and identify process improvements.
- Contribute ideas and support branch initiatives.

What you'll need#
- You are currently a junior in an undergraduate program, pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- You have an interest in investing and wealth management.
- You bring previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, or banking.
- You have demonstrated leadership through involvement in student organizations.
- You possess a professional demeanor and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- You have a basic understanding of the current market, the economy, and economic trends.
- You have the ability to promote customer loyalty and provide a high level of service.
Location & details#
- This role is based on-site in Franklin, Tennessee.
- The internship runs from June 7, 2027, through August 13, 2027.
- This is a paid, full-time position.
