About the role#
As a Branch Intern, you will work within a Fidelity Investor Center to support the client experience. You will work alongside financial professionals to assist with investment products and services while gaining exposure to personal investing and financial planning. This is a full-time, 10-week summer internship designed to build your knowledge of the financial services industry and develop your professional skills.

- Provide customer service and help clients with investment products.
- Collaborate with your team to address business challenges and find process improvements.
- Participate in significant work assignments and support business-critical initiatives.

- Current undergraduate student in your junior year.
- Interest in investing and wealth management.
- Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- Leadership experience and participation in student organizations.

- Basic understanding of the current market, economy, and economic trends.
- Ability to promote customer loyalty and provide an outstanding experience.
