About the role#
As a Branch Intern, you work within an Investor Center to support the client experience. You will work alongside financial professionals to provide customer service and assist with a range of investment products and services. This internship offers exposure to personal investing and financial planning while helping you build business, communication, and relationship skills.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service and assist with investment products and services.
- Participate in work assignments to build knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Collaborate with team members to address business challenges and identify process improvements.
- Support branch initiatives and contribute ideas to help business outcomes.
- Participate in professional development programs, networking events, and learning opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate status in your junior year.
- Interest in investing and wealth management.
- Background in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- Experience in leadership roles or involvement in student organizations.
- Professional demeanor and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the current market, economy, and economic trends.
- Ability to promote customer loyalty while providing a positive experience.

- Location: Irvine, California.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027).
- Modality: Full-time, on-site.
- Compensation: Paid internship ($20 - $32 per hour).
