About the role#
As a Branch Intern, you will work directly with financial professionals at an Investor Center. You will gain exposure to personal investing and financial planning while learning about our business. This is a 10-week, full-time summer internship running from June 7, 2027, through August 13, 2027. You will participate in the FIDTERN program, which includes professional development, networking events, and mentorship.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service and assist with investment products and services.
- Take on work assignments to build your knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Collaborate with team members to solve business challenges.
- Identify ways to improve current processes.
- Support business-critical initiatives.
- Build skills in communication and relationship management.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a junior in an undergraduate program, pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- You have an interest in wealth management and investing.
- You bring experience from customer service, retail, sales, or banking roles.
- You demonstrate leadership through involvement in student organizations.
- You possess a professional demeanor and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- You have a basic understanding of the current economy and market trends.
- You are able to promote customer loyalty.
