About the role#
This is a co-op position for the Winter 2027 term. You will join the IS Development & Application Support team to focus on application support and internal code development. This role provides an opportunity to gain insight into business models while working within a hybrid environment.
What you'll do#
- Engage in application support and coding activities.
- Complete ad hoc programming tasks to assist the Development Team.
- Collaborate with team members to design, code, test, debug, and implement application features and APIs.
- Create, enhance, and organize documentation for supported applications.
- Evaluate and implement best practices for the team and the organization.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a university degree in Computer Science or Business with technical proficiency, ideally in your third or fourth year.
- Must be in a registered co-op program and available for a full-time, full-duration term.
- Interest and understanding of web development and APIs.
- Proficiency in Java.Net, Angular, HTML/HTML5, and CSS libraries.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Groovy, Perl, Linux/Unix shell, and SQL/Oracle databases.
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and ServiceNow is a plus.

- Paid position with an hourly rate between $25.00 and $29.00.
