About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within the Statistics and Analysis business line. You will contribute to data management services that support decision-makers at the Federal Reserve, the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council, and the U.S. Treasury. This is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Develop an understanding of the Statistics Function’s mission to collect financial, banking, and contextual information.
- Conduct quality assurance on regulatory filings to ensure data accuracy for stakeholders.
- Provide guidance to financial institutions regarding Federal Reserve regulations and reporting instructions.
- Help teams identify business process improvements and design or implement analytical solutions.
- Participate in leadership and career development activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- At least one semester of school remaining after the internship.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and specifically Excel.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a group.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform in a deadline-driven environment.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or green card holder.

- Location: Cleveland, Ohio.
- Modality: On-site.
- Duration: 10 to 12 weeks, typically starting between June and September.
