About the role#
The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas is hiring an intern for the Real Estate Services team at our Houston Branch. This is a full-time, paid summer internship for 2027. You will support the daily operations of our facility to ensure a safe and productive environment for employees and guests.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative and operational support at the Houston Branch.
- Perform data entry, validation, and analysis.
- Use Microsoft 365 and AI tools to create reports and documents.
- Format and enhance professional presentations.
- Process and track service requests in the Integrated Workplace Management System.
- Organize drawing archives and conduct field measurements.
- Gather site information and perform basic calculations.
- Support graphic design tasks using traditional and AI-based tools.
- Contribute to workflow improvements for real estate and facilities operations.
What you'll need#
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple administrative and technical tasks at once.

- Location: Houston, Texas.
- Modality: On-site.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (40 hours per week).
